Shipping and Delivery

We offer $10.95 flat rate regular postage and $16.00 express post to anywhere in Australia.

Pickup

If you are located near Hawkesbury, we offer free Local Pickup from our premises.

Pick up is from Richmond, NSW.

When your order is ready you will receive a message with an exact pick up location and we will arrange a time that suits. Please check current turnaround times before placing your order.

Turnaround Times

We make our dough to order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible! Please check the banner on the home page to see up to date turnaround times. Please note that business days are non inclusive of weekends.

If you have selected regular flat rate postage, you will receive tracking notification when your order has been dispatched.

If you have selected express post, this means that once your order has been created (see current turnaround times) and is ready to be posted, it will arrive the next day.

We are not responsible for delays within the AusPost network. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact AusPost for more information and quote your tracking number.

If you require your products to arrive by a specific date, please get in contact with us prior to making your purchase, and we will do our best to make that happen!
